These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and the booking of any service offered by AlBurjeel Parties & Entertainments (“AlBurjeel”, “we”, “us”) — Visa Services, Dubai Tours, Desert Safari, Yacht Cruise, Weddings & Events, and Office & Corporate Parties. By submitting a booking, quote request, or visa application through this site, you agree to these terms.

Bookings & Quotes

A quote request submitted through this site is not a confirmed booking — it is an invitation for us to respond with pricing and availability. A booking is confirmed once you receive a booking reference and confirmation from us, and, for services requiring online payment, once that payment has been successfully processed. For services offered on a pay-on-arrival or quote-request basis, the booking is confirmed by our written acknowledgement even though payment is collected later.

Pricing & Payment

Prices shown on this site are quoted in the currency displayed and are subject to change until a booking is confirmed. Where online payment is available, we use Stripe as our payment processor; card details are handled directly by Stripe and are never stored on our own servers. We do not currently collect deposits — bookings that require online payment are paid in full at the time of booking; bookings marked “pay on arrival” or “quote request” involve no upfront payment through this site.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information when booking — including correct names as they appear on travel documents, contact details, and, for visa applications, complete and truthful supporting documents. We are not liable for delays, refusals, or additional costs arising from inaccurate or incomplete information you provide.

Visa Information Disclaimer

Visa requirements, processing times, and fees change at the discretion of the relevant embassy, consulate, or government portal and are outside our control. Information on this site is accurate as of its stated “last updated” date; we recommend confirming final requirements with us or the relevant authority before making non-refundable travel arrangements. We assist with the preparation and submission of applications but cannot guarantee approval, as that decision rests solely with the relevant authority.

Third-Party Services & Brand Family

Some experiences may be delivered in partnership with, or fulfilled by, third-party operators (drivers, vessel operators, venues, camps). We select and vet our partners carefully, but their own terms may also apply to your experience. This site’s brand family of specialist sub-domains are operated under the same AlBurjeel entity and are covered by these same terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by UAE law, AlBurjeel’s liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control (including weather, government action, or third-party operator failure).

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute arising from them falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision; continuing to use this site or book a service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
