Privacy Policy
Last updated: 27 August 2026
AlBurjeel Parties & Entertainments (“AlBurjeel”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates this website and the family of specialist booking sites linked to it (each displaying a “Powered by AlBurjeel” badge). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our services — visa application support, Dubai tours, desert safaris, yacht charters, weddings and events, and corporate events — and how we use, store and protect it.
Who We Are
AlBurjeel Parties & Entertainments is a Dubai, United Arab Emirates based tourism and events operator. For any question about this policy or your personal data, contact us via the Contact & Support page, by phone, or by email — see the site footer for current contact details.
Data We Collect
We collect personal data directly from you when you:
- Submit an enquiry, quote request, or booking form on any of our services;
- Apply for visa assistance — in which case we additionally collect the documents an application requires, typically a passport copy, passport-style photograph, and any supporting identity or travel documents the destination requires;
- Make a payment for a booking, in which case our payment processor (Stripe) handles your card details directly — we never receive or store full card numbers ourselves;
- Contact us by phone, WhatsApp, email, or the live chat widget;
- Leave a review of a completed booking; or
- Browse the site, in which case we may collect standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) via cookies — see our Cookie Policy for details and how to control this.
How We Use Your Data
We use personal data to:
- Respond to enquiries and process bookings, applications, and payments;
- Communicate booking confirmations, status updates, and — where relevant — e-tickets or vouchers;
- Prepare and submit visa applications on your behalf to the relevant embassy, consulate, or visa processing portal;
- Provide customer support before, during, and after your booking;
- With your consent, send service-related marketing and measure site usage via analytics (see our Cookie Policy); and
- Meet our own legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations as a licensed UAE tourism operator.
Document Handling for Visa Applications
Passport copies, photographs, and other identity documents submitted for a visa application are handled with particular care: access is restricted to the staff directly processing your application, files are transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), and documents are retained only for as long as needed to complete the application and satisfy any record-keeping obligation the destination authority or UAE law requires, after which they are deleted. If you would like your documents deleted sooner, contact us and we will action this unless we are legally required to retain them.
Sharing Your Data
We share personal data only where necessary to deliver the service you requested: with the relevant embassy, consulate, or visa portal for a visa application; with our payment processor (Stripe) to process a payment; with operational partners (drivers, camps, vessel operators, venues) strictly as needed to fulfil a confirmed booking; and with service providers who help us run this website (hosting, email delivery, analytics), each bound to only use your data to provide that service to us. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain uses of it — including under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, and, for visitors from the EU/UK, under GDPR principles. To exercise any of these rights, contact us via the Contact & Support page; we will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity first.
Data Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) across the site, access controls limiting who can view sensitive documents, and rate limiting and bot protection on public forms. No online system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps appropriate to the sensitivity of the data involved.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision; material changes will be highlighted on this page.
