Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 27 August 2026
This page sets out our standard cancellation windows and refund treatment by service line. It works alongside, and does not replace, anything agreed in writing for a specific booking or event contract — where the two differ, your written agreement with us takes precedence.
| Service Line | Cancellation Window | Refund Treatment |
|---|---|---|
| Desert Safari / Yacht Cruise | 48 hours before departure | Full refund; 25–50% cancellation fee inside 48 hours; no-show is non-refundable. |
| Visa Services | Before documents are submitted to the embassy/portal | Our service fee is refundable; government and embassy fees already paid are non-refundable once submitted. |
| Weddings & Corporate Events | Per the milestones in your signed contract | Refunds are tiered by milestone; the initial deposit is generally non-refundable once vendor bookings have been confirmed on your behalf. |
How to Cancel
To cancel or amend a booking, contact us via the Contact & Support page, WhatsApp, or phone, quoting your booking reference number — the one from your confirmation email or on your e-ticket. We action cancellations from the time we receive your request, not from when a refund is later processed.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds for payments made by card are returned to the original payment method via Stripe; processing typically takes 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer. Where no online payment was taken (pay-on-arrival or quote request bookings), no refund is due since no payment was collected through this site.
Circumstances Outside Our Control
If we need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking due to circumstances outside our control (severe weather, government restriction, or a genuine safety concern), we will offer an alternative date or a full refund of amounts paid for the affected booking.
The status of any booking, including its cancellation or refund status, is tracked on the booking record, and confirmation emails restate the applicable policy at the point of booking.
